In Guyana for 3 weeks

Well Justina and I have now been in Guyana for three weeks. We are enjoying the experience. When we arrived we met and stayed at the home of a need greater couple named John and Elizabeth. They lived along a waterfront so that is where the picture of Justina was taken. We were given a tour of the branch while in Georgetown. The first few days in Matthews Ridge were wonderful to see everybody again and they all remembered me. Shandrena even hugged me and said ,"You came back! You came back to see auntie Shandrena!" We were given a handful of studies right away. Our studies names are Colleen, Coretta, Jennifer, Nicola, Sonifa, Leslynn, Ozlynn, Arlene, Alana, and Simmone. When we don't have our own studies we go with others (mainly Terri) on thiers. Wednesdays are field service days. I have gone to areas of the territory that I never saw last year. We are becomeing addicted to carbonated junk in a way we never are back home.
Here's a story of one day when we were in our hammocks. We are set up where there is a bench between each of our hammocks. I was swinging in mine. Justina made the remark that it would probably break right before it did. I was swinging so high that when the hood broke I was flung over the bench and almost on Justina. I was on the ground next to her before I even realized what happened. I actually fell quite gracefully. I cant believe I didn't hit the bench. I was laughing so hard no sound was coming out.
One sunday morning Terri wasn't feeling well and I did her reading class for her after the meeting. I have learned how to say "good friend" in Carib. Last week Andrew, Jonathan and Jared arrived. Stephan left yesterday, he is moving to Peru.
We hiked to the falls on tuesday. 2 hours away. It was fun. My camera fell in the water. Luckily it is still working after it has dried out.
So we are having fun. The pictures I wanted on are Jonathan studying with Jr, Justina at the waterfront, Me out in service, Justina and I at Jr's, and me with a bush cow while going with Mary to her studies. Love to all my family!
